The room was nice and big with a very comfortable bed, and the view was really nice, and its nice that the standard room have a balcony, there is loads of free activities to do and the breakfast was great with the biggest variety, the swimming pools are all really nice and clean. If you want to relax completely its definitely the place to go
I wish there was a bench in the changing room for the swimming pool, so i could sit and change

Other than the incident which the management made up for it, we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Ciawi
The hotel location is superb with alternative entrance to avoid the weekend one way traffic arrangement. Staff was very friendly in general, especially the front office and f&b staff. Good selection of activities with free bikes, pool, wall climbing and bunch of indoor activities. Nice spots to hang out such as the Padi Resto and Salak Cafe. We had a little isolated incident happened to one of our family member at the hotel. We were disappointed at first, but in the end the extra care taken by the hotel management, made up for it. So well done to hotel management and team.
View is not bad, you can see mount salak in clear weather. But other than that, nice green view, but not breathtakingly nice. Activities could be improved with more outdoor activities instead of indoor. Extra care in hotel room needs to be taken to ensure guests are comfortable. In room TV remote wasn't working properly.
